Ismail is an entrepreneur and expert in web design, application development and internet related technologies. Ismail graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Computer Software.

Ismail has been programming and designing websites since he was 14. He is proficient with Adobe Photoshop and he is an experienced web applications developer using the LAMP (Linux, AJAX, MySQL and PHP) stack, and J2EE standards.

Ismail’s expertise has allowed Digitalvaliance to work on several celebrity and household name projects including eHarmony, The Game and Jude Law. For Digitalvaliance’s work on Music For Tomorrow, Ismail was asked to join the non-profit’s Board of Directors. Ismail blogs on software development, life and entrepreneurship at www.callmeismail.com. He is an avid basketball fan.

Mo is an avid programmer and world-class computer security expert. His expertise ranges from Penetration Testing, Web Application Development, Intrusion Detection/Prevention systems and Search Engine Optimization.

Mo graduated with a BS in Computer Engineering and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). At Digitalvaliance, Mo serves as a project manager in addition to leading some of our in-house product development.

Sierra graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in American Studies with a concentration in Consumer Culture. As Assistant Creative Commander, Sierra is responsible for client acquisition, project management, and designing mockups. As a Digital Media Designer, she takes on many of Digitalvaliance’s creative projects and marketing collateral.

Sierra has a strong passion for digital experiences and enjoys photography in her spare time.

Candice is responsible for spearheading much of Digitalvaliance’s copywriting needs. Candice graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BA in English. At Digitalvaliance, she works closely with the other Creative Commanders to create Search Engine Optimized websites and websites that have high client conversion rates.

In her spare time, Candice loves to read and write fiction. She is also currently pursuing her Masters in English Education at NYU’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development.
